Order Status

Not really, there are multiple platforms that we take care of before the order reaches you so maybe someone somewhere has taken a little longer, but rest be assured we’re always aware of what’s happening with your BB goodies and we’ll update you at the earliest.

We take utmost pride in sourcing and evaluating a list of brands for you based on your lifestyle choices. The products that you receive currently come from the United States, Canada, Australia. We’re excited to soon introduce a few more coming in from other parts of the world.

BB will not process orders if the address and contact info is incomplete. However, if for any reason you may feel this is incorrect, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order snapshot for us to process it.

Missing Orders

For incorrect items, email us at [email protected]. We will assess it against your order and inform you of next steps.

We ensure all products coming out from our partners’ facilities are well taken care of until they reach you. If, for any reason this may not be the case, kindly email us at [email protected] and we will ship a fresh batch to your doorstep in the next delivery schedule. Kindly ensure to send us pictures as soon as you notice the damage so we can investigate further and hope that’s never repeated again!

If for any reason your cart items and physical items do not match, let us know at [email protected] and we will ensure your missing item arrives at your doorstep in the next delivery schedule.

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) within 48 hours. E-store credit will be provided within 72 hours. Kindly note, all products that are returned will need to be in original packaging, sealed and unused. Delivery fees may be applicable to orders under AED 250.

Unfortunately, as much as we’d like to make your BB experience as convenient as possible, we will not be able to refund/accept returns for used items. However, we encourage you to try out the sampler (if available for the brand of your choice) before placing a full sized product order.

As long as the items you’d like to return are in their original packaging and sealed, you may request for a return. We do have certain skincare and cosmetic products that don’t qualify for returns. Kindly get in touch with us for more information.

This depends on why the return is happening in the first place. If the return is due to an error from BB’s side, the shipping costs will be borne by us. However, if for any reason you’re not saitsfied with your purchase, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

All refund will be in the form of e-store credits. These credits will reflect within 72 hours (3 days) in your account. These will be valid for six months and we will notify you closer in time to ensure it isn’t wasted.

Points

Points are earned via purchases on BB. Every 1 AED of purchase rewards you with 1 point. Every 100 points earned rewards you with 5 AED worth of store credit. A minimum of 100 points are needed to redeem your points.

You can use your reward points at any given point in time on cleanbeautybinge.com, except for items that are in sale.

Discounts

Totally depends on the Discount campaign ongoing. But we always try to have fun with discounted grabs so let’s hope your wishlist soon goes under a 20% off 😉

Returns on sale items is not allowed. We encourage you to try out samplers (if available for your choice of brand) before purchasing a full sized item.

Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays. And from the time of shipping, it usually takes about 4-6 working days for your order to arrive.

At present, our shipping covers only UAE. We will soon be launching our BB goodies across GCC starting with Saudi and Kuwait, and onwards to Oman and Bahrain.

Delivery to P.O. Box is possible but in many cases will require you to physically collect it from your local post office.

Free shipping is applicable for orders over AED 250.

This depends on where the shipment originates from. You can view shipping rates while checking out after you have entered your physical address. Orders over AED 250 are eligible for Free Shipping.

No. This is not necessary. Your billing and shipping address can differ.

All products on BB are cruelty-free. However, depending on the brand, they could either be organic or vegan or both. But you’ll always find combinations of Organic/Vegan/CF across our entire range of products.

Yes absolutely! This is why we have a shade guide for most cosmetic products based on your skin tone and type. You’ll find it as you scroll through the images on the same page as your product details. Let us know if you need any help finding this information 🙂

All brands listed on BB are cruelty-free. You can know more by reading about our brands under ‘Brands.’

We have a list of ingredients that we believe shouldn’t be used anywhere in or around us. We have ensured the brands whom we work with follow the same lifestyle ethic that we believe it, brands that hold a lot of recognition when it comes to COV products. You can know more about us and our brands in the ‘About’ and ‘Brands’ sections’ respectively.

Yes absolutely! We always ensure the ingredients for each product is mentioned on the product page so we urge you to read these through in detail to identify specific ingredients that you know you’re allergic too. Also, feel free to let us know if something’s not working for you we love to know about our BBingers and how we can further help them.

Manufacturing/expiration date and/or best before dates will be provided on the pack of the item you purchase. For any reason this may not be the case, send across your product image to [email protected] and we will take it froward from there.

BB accepts all major credit cards. At this stage, we do not offer COD (cash on delivery) services.

You will be charged immediately after we’re done verifying your details post check out.

Your refund will be credited to your BB account in the form of store credits valid for upto six months. Don’t worry, we will remind you closer to your expiration in any case you haven’t used them up already.

You can always use your coupon code for your next purchase (as long as it hasn’t expired).
