How to use:
1. After cleansing and drying your face, use the custom applicator to apply a thin line of Chella Eyelash Conditioning Treatment to your upper lash line as though you were applying eyeliner. You may also apply the Eyelash Treatment to your lower lashes, using extra care. 2.Allow 1-2 minutes for the serum to dry + absorb before applying any make-up, creams or lotions 3. Apply twice daily, once in the morning and evening before bed.
